Snowflake is seeking a Certification Coordinator to join its Education Services team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about certification operations, education support, and enabling technical professionals to succeed.

As a Certification Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the SnowPro Certification Program, including customer support, exam operations, SME processes, documentation, and certification development. You’ll work closely with technical experts, cross-functional teams, and customers worldwide to ensure smooth operations and high-quality candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage certification-related customer support cases in Salesforce and handle escalations.
  • Support SnowPro customer operations (continuing education, candidate experience, exam security, voucher distribution).
  • Assist with Subject Matter Expert (SME) processes (recruitment, agreements, documentation).
  • Support certification development teams and related systems.
  • Assist in exam publishing and localization with Pearson Vue.
  • Improve and operationalize certification processes.
  • Create and maintain accurate certification documentation.
  • Ensure certifications remain updated with Snowflake platform releases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Education, Computer Science, Data Systems, Statistics, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in IT, technical training, or technical writing.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing certification development or education support role.
  • Strong ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Understanding of remote/asynchronous work practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • SnowPro Platform Certification.
  • Experience with Pearson Vue ExamDeveloper Item Banking Software.
  • Familiarity with QTI (Question & Test Interoperability) standards.
